Braai at Alan's

There's always a good braai to be had, and this time, it was at Alan's. The weather in Cape Town has been rather unpredictable lately; just have a look at the odd plastic-looking mist settling over the Cape:

















It was so cold! We all huddled around the fire (as usual). Here's Al and G having a very serious discussion while Fred sniffs the braai spoils:






















And here's the braai itself. Coals always look so lovely on a cold night:














The light wasn't so good for taking photographs. Here's G thinking he's going to get allllll the meat for his dinner:






















As you can see, he is neglecting the salad I dished up for him earlier. We had delicious Ruby Coleslaw with steaks and garlic bread, followed by peppermint crisp dessert.

And finally, here's Molly and Fred. They're exhausted after all the sniffing, eating, barking, cuddling, friend-making, chasing and running.
